Carrie Miller Ph.D., RN, CHSE-A, IBCLC, FAAN graduated with her BSN from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1991, her MSN-ED from the University of Phoenix in 2006, and her Ph.D. from Washington State University in 2013. Dr. Miller has published in several peer-reviewed journals and contributes to simulation science by offering her expertise as a peer reviewer for several journals focusing on simulation and maternal/newborn content. She is currently working at Montana State University as an Associate Professor with a research focus on Simulation pedological outcomes. Her research trajectory focuses on simulation-based pedagogy related to learner well-being and empowerment.
