Jennifer H. Ledlow obtained her ADN from Central Alabama Community College in 2004. She obtained her BSN, MSN, and PhD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014, 2016, and 2024, respectively. Jennifer has been employed as a full-time faculty member at the University of Alabama at Birmingham since 2018. She has been the Nursing Simulation Coordinator since 2020 and works collaboratively with undergraduate faculty, graduate faculty, and community partners to develop and facilitate simulation opportunities. Jennifer is a Clinical Nurse Leader and is passionate about patient safety and improving the nursing work environment. She has helped implement a simulated electronic health record and barcode medication administration system within the undergraduate curriculum, which is used in most simulation experiences. The simulated electronic health record is also used in many graduate program simulations.
