Cynthia Bradley is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, where she serves as the Director of Simulation. She earned her BSN from the University of Kansas, her MSN from the University of Central Missouri, and her PhD from Indiana University. Her program of research is focused on advancing healthcare simulation science by testing the use of emerging technologies to improve clinical learning, improving the training to implement simulation and debriefing, and developing assessment tools to measure outcomes achieved in simulation. She holds certifications as a nurse educator and a healthcare simulation educator and is a fellow of the American Nurse Educators. Dr. Bradley has served as a consultant for simulation programs, and broadly disseminates her work as a regular presenter at national and international conferences and through numerous publications.
