Janice Radway is an Associate Director of the SP Program at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She has been an active member of ASPE and SSH since 2013. She is currently the Vice President of Finance on the Executive Committee of ASPE's Board of Directors. She also serves as Chair of the SP Special Interest Group for SSH. She has presented at ASPE and IMSH conferences on topics such as scheduling, SP Educator wellness, on-boarding practices and health equity. Janice also has a background in organizational change management and is a Certified Trainer for Crucial Conversations (Vital Smarts).
