Lea Ann Palmer is a dedicated nurse educator with a strong background in critical care and simulation-based learning. After graduating from nursing school in 2007, Lea Ann built a career in ICU and ED nursing, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in high-acuity settings.
In 2015, Lea Ann transitioned into simulation education, recognizing its immense value in preparing healthcare professionals for real-world challenges. For the past eight years, serving as the Phoenix Campus Simulation Coordinator for Creighton University, Lea Ann led innovative simulation initiatives and fostered hands-on learning experiences for Accelerated Nursing Students. Now, with Oxford Medical Simulation, Lea Ann looks to continue to advance simulation in the field of healthcare education, with a passion focusing on interprofessional simulation and simulations' impact on competency development in new nurses.
