Polly Anderson RN, MS graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a BSN in 1993 and Regis University in 2010 with a Masters in Nursing. She is currently a Lecturer and the Simulation Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Nursing. Additionally, she currently practices as an RN in the PACU at Theda Clark Regional Medical Ceenter. Anderson has presented at the Drexel University National Simulation Conference in 2013, published "Simulation STEPS Ahead: Preparing to Engage in Systematic Evaluation of Simulation Activities” in Nursing Education Perspectives and participated in the NLN Multisite Study Teaching and Assessing Interprofessional Communication Skills with the ISBAR Interprofessional Communication Rubric: A Pilot Study. Anderson is driven to improve nursing education outcomes and patient outcomes through the use of simulation.
