Victoria H. Davis, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, CNE is an Associate Professor and the Director of the BSN programs with the University of South Carolina, College of Nursing and practices as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Davis entered the nursing profession in 2010 and began her role as a nursing educator in 2015. Since entering nursing education, Dr. Davis has taught in didactic, clinical and simulation settings across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Dr. Davis serves as the Co-Program Director for the CRAwl, Childcare Ready for All program, a grant-funded state-wide initiative to build confidence and competence in early childcare workers caring for children with special healthcare needs. Dr. Davis has contributed to various internal grants aimed at fostering innovation and supporting nursing students in achieving competency and a holistic approach on their path to graduation. Recently, Dr. Davis and colleagues received a rural health grant aimed at supporting families with infants in the NICU or Special Care Nursery as they transition home after discharge through coaching efforts.
