Beth Rogers is an Assistant Professor at Texas Christian University and an Associate Editor for Clinical Simulation in Nursing. She co-founded the INACSL Research Special Interest Group and currently leads the INACSL Instrument Repository Subcommittee. With a decade of experience in undergraduate nursing education, Dr. Rogers specializes in developing active learning strategies and sustainable simulation designs. Her research focuses on how cognitive load and simulation roles influence clinical judgment outcomes in simulation.
