Sarah Schwartz, DNP, MSN, RN, CHSE, CNEn, is an Instructor of Clinical Teaching in the College of Nursing at the University of Colorado. In 2000, Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa. She obtained both her Master of Science in Nursing in the specialty of Nursing Education and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an emphasis in Population Health from Colorado State University Pueblo, in 2021 and 2025 respectively. For the past five years, she has supported prelicensure nursing students as they participate in simulation activities that align with course objectives and enhance clinical competencies. In her current position, Sarah is the simulation faculty lead for the undergraduate obstetrics course.
