Tita F. Viray-Innes is a registered nurse with 35 years of diverse clinical experience and has been an educator in simulation-based nursing education for 14 years. She has served at Rutgers University School of Nursing since 2012, contributing to the growth of the simulation program on both the Newark and New Brunswick campuses. As former Simulation Clinical Learning Coordinator, she led simulation operations, interprofessional education initiatives, and faculty development.
Ms. Viray-Innes holds a Master’s in Medical and Healthcare Simulation from Drexel University and is pursuing her EdD in Nursing Education. She is certified as a CHSE, CHSOS, and in AI in Healthcare from King’s College London. She is an active member of INACSL, SSH, and NLN and is committed to advancing simulation as a transformative tool in nursing education. Her scholarly interests include AI integration in simulation and developing graduate-level simulation educator programs.
