Dr. Pamela Balogh is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of experience in primary care at a health department. She brings her real-world public health expertise into academic and clinical instruction, enriching student learning with practical, community-based perspectives. Her program of scholarship centers on advancing health equity through a comprehensive focus on population health, with particular emphasis on addressing disparities rooted in the social determinants of health (SDOH).
