Aimee Woda, PhD, RN-BC is an Associate Professor at Marquette University College of Nursing. Her research focuses on student learning and debriefing using simulation pedagogy, with a particular emphasis on training debriefers to effectively implement Debriefing for Meaningful Learning (DML). She has led the development and evaluation of a DML Train-The-Trainer program and an asynchronous online training program to enhance debriefer competence.
