Aaron Duebner, PhD(c), MSN, RN, CNE, earned her BSN from McMurry University/Patty Hanks Shelton School of Nursing in 2010 and her MSN in Nursing Education from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Currently a PhD in Nursing candidate at the University of Texas at Tyler, her clinical experience includes CCU/ICU, peri-anesthesia nursing, and hospital administration as a Nurse Retention Officer. Her research interests focus on intent to stay and meaningful work in nursing. Aaron has over 10 years of experience as a nurse educator in BSN and LVN-to-RN programs and is currently employed by Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas were she serves as faculty in the BSN nursing program and as the nursing curriculum chair.
