Lori Greer is the Simulation Coordinator at Erlanger Health in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She earned her BSN degree from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1986 and began her career as a cardiac nurse. In 2006, she received her MSN in Nursing Education and went on to teach as nursing faculty at both the University of Texas at Tyler and LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. Lori was first introduced to high-fidelity simulation in 2005 while serving as a Skills Lab Coordinator and continued to incorporate simulation into her teaching as a nursing faculty member. In 2018, she became a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and transitioned into her current role at Erlanager Health in 2022.
