Lonnie Rosier is the Operations Manager for the College of Nursing’s Center for Simulation and Experiential Learning. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina in 1995 and a Master’s degree in library and information science also from the University of South Carolina in 2014. Lonnie’s simulation experience consists of eight years working as a simulation technologist at the College of Nursing’s simulation lab and eight years as its Operations Manager. In the 16 years he has been working in the simulation field he has participated in several presentations, attended five IMSH conferences, one SimGhosts conference, and various other events relating to improving his understanding of the field of simulation in healthcare. He is also the chair of the technology committee for the South Carolina Nursing Education Simulation Alliance (SCNESA).
