Kevin Kurzweil is an experienced professional specializing in simulation, renowned for his exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a meticulous approach to problem-solving and planning. Currently serving as the Director of Simulation at RWJBarnabas Health's Center for Professional Development, Innovation & Research, Kevin has spearheaded multiple hospital initiatives to improve healthcare education.

With a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and an Associate in Science (A.S.) in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, Kevin possesses a robust skill set in budget management, regulatory compliance, and simulator maintenance. He is certified in various areas including ACLS, PALS, and BLS instruction, and is recognized as a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS).
Kevin's collaborative approach and strong partnerships with industry leaders such as Laerdal US have been instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge simulation technologies, positioning him as a leader in the field of healthcare simulation management.
